Accessibility Statement

We want everyone, including people with disabilities, to be able to use this website and get real estate help from Thao DP Nguyen.

Our goal

We aim for this website to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA. We have not yet had the site formally audited against that standard, so we describe it as a goal rather than a claim of full conformance.

What we have done

  • A “Skip to main content” link at the top of every page.
  • Text alternatives for meaningful images; decorative images are hidden from screen readers.
  • Visible labels on every form field, with error messages announced to assistive technology.
  • Keyboard access to menus, tabs, filters and dialogs.
  • Respect for the “reduce motion” setting on your device.
  • Clickable phone numbers and email addresses.

Known limitations

  • Some third-party tools we do not control, such as the Cloudflare security check on forms, the Google Translate service, and the AI voice and chat assistant, may not be fully accessible.
  • Automatic translations may be inaccurate. The English version is the official version.
