Who we are

This website is operated by Thao DP Nguyen, a California real estate salesperson (DRE #01499503), whose real estate activity is supervised by responsible broker Century Financial Group, Corp. (DRE #01930905), 8295 Bolsa Avenue, Midway City, CA 92655. In this policy, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Thao DP Nguyen and, where it handles your information as the supervising broker, Century Financial Group, Corp..

Information we collect

Information you give us

• Contact and consultation forms: your name, email address, phone number (optional), your real estate goal, and anything you write in the message or notes field, such as a property address or timeline.
• Meeting requests: the information above plus your preferred and alternate dates, preferred time, and consultation topic.
• Free guide requests: your name, email address, and the guide you chose.
• Your consent choices: whether you agreed to receive text messages or marketing emails.
• Voice or chat assistant: if you start a conversation with the AI assistant on this site, what you say or type in that conversation (see AI voice and chat assistant below).

The home value estimate tool runs entirely in your browser. The address, bedroom count and square footage you enter there are not sent to us or stored.

Information collected automatically

• Server logs: our hosting provider records standard technical data such as IP address, browser type, the pages requested, and the date and time, to deliver and secure the site.
• Spam protection: our forms use Cloudflare Turnstile, which examines browser and device signals to tell people from bots.
• Translation: the site loads Google’s website translation script. If you choose a language, a googtrans cookie stores that choice and the page text is sent to Google to be translated.
• Browser storage: we save a small flag in your browser’s local storage once you acknowledge the site disclaimer, so it is not shown again.

We do not use advertising cookies or cross-site tracking pixels on this site. We use Vercel Web Analytics to count page views in aggregate; it does not use cookies and does not identify you. Videos are hosted by YouTube and load only when you press play, using YouTube's privacy-enhanced mode (youtube-nocookie.com).

How we use your information

• To respond to your inquiry and arrange the meeting you requested.
• To send the guide you asked for.
• To provide real estate services you engage us for, and to keep the records California real estate law requires.
• To send text messages or marketing emails, only if you opted in to them.
• To protect the site and our forms from spam, fraud, and abuse.
• To comply with law and respond to lawful requests.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We have not done so in the past 12 months. We share personal information only as follows:

• Service providers that process it on our behalf: website hosting and privacy-friendly analytics (Vercel); n8n, the form-processing service that routes your submission and sends our emails; our email provider; Cloudflare (spam protection); Google (translation, if you use it); and ElevenLabs (the AI assistant, if you use it).
• Our supervising broker, Century Financial Group, Corp., which is required by law to supervise and keep records of our real estate activity.
• Parties to your transaction, such as lenders, escrow and title companies, inspectors, or the other side’s agent, but only when you ask us to act for you and only as needed for that transaction.
• Legal and safety reasons: when required by law, subpoena, or regulator (including the California Department of Real Estate), or to protect rights and safety.

Mobile phone numbers and text-messaging opt-in data are never shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes.

Text messages, email and calls

• Submitting a form lets us contact you by email or phone about that request. It does not sign you up for marketing.
• We send text messages only if you check the text-message box on a form. Message frequency varies, and message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of any purchase or service.
• Marketing emails (such as market updates) go only to people who opted in. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link, and you can also unsubscribe by emailing info@thaonguyen.org. We act on unsubscribe requests within 10 business days.
• We do not record phone calls with you unless we tell you at the start of the call and you agree.

AI voice and chat assistant

The assistant on this site is an automated AI system provided by ElevenLabs, not a person. If you use it, your voice audio and/or typed messages and the resulting transcript are processed and may be recorded and stored by ElevenLabs and made available to us so that we can follow up and improve our service. Do not use the assistant if you do not agree to this, and do not share sensitive information (such as Social Security, bank or account numbers) with it. The assistant cannot give legal, tax or financial advice, and what it says does not create an agency relationship.

How long we keep it

We keep inquiry information for as long as needed to respond to you and follow up, and generally no longer than three years after our last contact unless you become a client. If you become a client, transaction records are kept for at least three years, as California real estate law requires, and longer if needed for legal, tax or dispute purposes. Service providers keep technical logs according to their own retention schedules.

Security

Forms are sent over encrypted HTTPS connections to our own server, which checks them and passes them to our form processor. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so please do not send Social Security numbers, bank details, or other highly sensitive information through website forms.

Your California privacy rights

California residents may, subject to legal exceptions and to the extent the CCPA applies to us:

• Know and access the personal information we have collected about you, its sources, purposes, and who we disclosed it to;
• Delete personal information we collected from you;
• Correct inaccurate personal information;
• Opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information (we do neither);
• Limit the use of sensitive personal information (we do not collect it through this site); and
• Not be discriminated against for using these rights.

To make a request, email info@thaonguyen.org or call (714) 702-5344. We will verify your request by matching the details you give us with what we hold, and respond within 45 days. An authorized agent may submit a request for you with your signed permission. Under California’s “Shine the Light” law you may also ask whether we disclosed personal information to third parties for their direct marketing; we do not.

Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control

Because we do not track visitors across other websites, the site does not change its behavior in response to browser “Do Not Track” signals. We treat a Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal as a valid request to opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information, which we do not do in any case.

Children

This site is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16. If you believe a child has sent us information, contact us and we will delete it.

Other websites

Links to other sites, such as the DRE license lookup or our broker’s lending website, are governed by those sites’ own privacy policies.

Changes to this policy

We will post any changes on this page and update the “Last updated” date above. Material changes will be highlighted on this page before they take effect.
